My name is Pablo Martinez, I am a Broker-Realtor with Realty of Southern California. I am a San Diego native and became a licensed real estate agent in 2002. With over 12 years working at a downtown high-rise HOA building, I am an asset for my clients when considering buying or selling a condo. I have extensive knowledge of San Diego real estate with resources for all types of financing including VA & FHA loans.
